In the current digital era, businesses are encouraged to utilize digital innovation and technology and better reach and engage with their customers. This is accompanied by a shift in customers’ behavior, including a growing preference to reach and contact businesses through more practical digital channels such as chat apps they frequently use daily.

Amid the shift in behavior, [conversational AI](https://kata.ai/products/kata-cms) solutions helped provide a more convenient way for customers to engage with businesses and assist companies in automating their workflow. So much so that by 2025, AI is forecasted to power 90% of customer interactions, including online conversations.

Want to learn more about how conversational AI solutions can benefit your business? Irzan Raditya - CEO and Co-founder of Kata.ai, presented in our recent AI Executive Talks event how companies can transform their business performance with Kata.ai’s expertise in helping 100+ brands optimize their customer engagement using our solution.
